✔ Procurement of raw & packaging materials
✔ Vendor development & management
✔ Negotiation & cost optimization
✔ Ensure compliance with FSSAI / HACCP / GMP
✔ Maintain inventory & avoid shortages
Requirements:
🎓 Graduate (Commerce / Supply Chain / Food Tech) – MBA preferred
💼 5+ years’ procurement experience (Food/FMCG/QSR)
💡 Strong vendor management & ERP/Excel skills
