✔ Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
✔ SOP, Food Safety & Compliance Training (HACCP, FSSAI, ISO 22000)
✔ Lean, Kaizen, 5S, HSE Training
✔ Onboarding & Induction
✔ Maintain KPIs & Training Records
Requirements
🎓 MBA / PGDM in HR (T&D preferred)
💼 8+ years’ training experience in Manufacturing (Food/FMCG)
💡 Strong facilitation & compliance knowledge
