Accounts Head/Manager - Manufacturing & Export Operations

 

We're looking for a dynamic finance professional to lead our accounting function in Surat!

🎯 What You'll Do: 

        ✅ Lead financial accounting & reporting for manufacturing operations 

        ✅ Manage statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax) 

        ✅ Handle export documentation & trade finance (LC, FEMA, RBI compliance) 

        ✅ Lead & mentor accounts team 

        ✅ Drive process improvements & automation

🔍 What We're Looking For: 

        • CA/CMA/M.Com with 6-12 years experience 

        • 3+ years in leadership role 

        • Manufacturing & export operations experience preferred 

        • Strong knowledge of IND AS, GST, export documentation 

        • Team management skills
