About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Logistics & Dispatch Manager to oversee end-to-end logistics execution, dispatch planning, fleet management, and distribution center coordination. The role ensures timely, cost-effective, and compliant product delivery while optimizing fleet and warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
Plan & oversee daily dispatch operations (cold chain + dry).
Manage fleet uptime, vehicle compliance & route optimization.
Coordinate with DCs for stock planning & replenishment.
Monitor inventory levels & align supply with demand.
Ensure food safety & hygiene compliance (FSSAI, GMP).
Lead and manage logistics & dispatch teams.
Control logistics costs (fuel, fleet, storage, cost/km).
Prepare MIS reports & drive process improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
✔ Graduate in Supply Chain / Logistics / Commerce / Engineering.
✔ MBA/PGDM in Logistics / Supply Chain / Operations (preferred).
✔ 6–8 years’ logistics, dispatch & distribution experience.
✔ Knowledge of fleet operations, DC planning & food safety norms.
✔ Proficiency in ERP, GPS tracking & MS Excel.
✔ Strong leadership, negotiation & analytical skills.
